Yoga Teacher Training


Space is limited to only 20 participants; we advise pre-registration to hold your space for the upcoming program. Whether your intention is to teach or further develop your personal yoga practice, we invite all serious yogis to join us.

The concentrated areas of study include the philosophy of yoga; exploration of ancient texts such as the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishads; the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali; anatomy and physiology, covering the extensively both the physical and energetic body; asanas (yoga postures); meditation; breathwork; mudra; and mantra. Asana will be broken down minutely and examined individually from standing and seated poses, twists, arm balances, inventions and backbends. Yogis will learn and teach different yoga sequences with a concentration on sun salutations. As a final exercise, yogis will teach a full class. For those who need to miss a class, make up hours are required.
