Yoga Teacher Training

Space is limited to only 20 participants; we advise pre-registration to hold your space for the upcoming Winter program. Whether your intention is to teach or further develop your personal yoga practice, we invite all serious yogis to apply.

The concentrated areas of study include the philosophy of yoga; exploration of ancient texts such as the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishads; the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali; anatomy and physiology, covering the extensively both the physical and energetic body; asanas (yoga postures); meditation; breathwork; mudra; and mantra. Asana will be broken down minutely and examined individually from standing and seated poses, twists, arm balances, inventions and backbends. Different yoga sequences will be taught with a concentration on sun and moon salutations.

January 7 – 9 and 21 – 23
February 4 – 6 and 18 – 20
March 4 – 6 and 18 – 20
April 1 – 3 and 18 – 20 and 29 – 30
May 1 and 13 – 15
June 3 – 5 and 17 – 19

Fridays 6 PM to 9 PM
Saturdays 12 PM to 6 PM
Sundays 12 PM to 6 PM
