Relaxation

We understand how hard you work and we know how challenging it can be to relax and unwind. We created Relaxation yoga. This has become one of our most popular classes. We take it easy, breath deeply and bring out all the props. This class lies somewhere between the yin approach and flow one. It's great for beginners or advanced practitioners who want to back off and regenerate in between power flows. This class is indeed for everybody.

Yin

Yin

Yin uses passive postures held for longer periods of time in order to deeply open the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and spine. This allows release of lactic acid and buried emotions, as well as greatly aiding the digestive system. Poses will be tailored to each practitioners’ body with the incorporation of bolsters, blocks, blankets, and straps. Students of every level can benefit from a calmer nervous system, and the gradual deep opening this class provides!
