Bring lots of water and don’t be shy to sit out and watch when you need to take a break.
Yin / Restorative
EdnessWhether you’re hungover from excessive exercise, stress, or partying, this class is perfect for you. Our special weekend class combines the benefits of Yin & Restorative Yoga to slowly let go of all the week’s negative build-up and freshen ourselves up for the week ahead. Yin & Restorative Yoga uses passive postures held for longer periods of time to allow for deep opening in the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and spine. This allows release of lactic acid, buried emotions, as well as greatly aiding the digestive system. Students of every level can benefit from a calmer nervous system, and the gradual deep opening this class provides.
